Mandate National Mortgage’s management group is unique due to the fact that it has had the same trusted senior management since it began operations in 1982.  Collectively, the team represents over 100 years of client satisfaction in providing a comprehensive array of services to borrowers and investors.

Residential, commercial, light industrial, land acquisition and joint-ventures are among the primary real estate financings where our professional expertise provides the best conventional and non-conventional mortgage rates for our clients, whether internally or via the fund manager acting as a broker.

At the same time, our mortgage investment group welcomes individual investors to participate in a profitable and secure mortgage fund by acquiring dividend paying preferred shares.

Since its inception, Mandate National Mortgage Corporation has never missed a quarterly dividend payment to shareholders. And, under the Income Tax Act of Canada, we pay out 100% of net earnings to shareholders. All our investments are carefully placed in a pool of diversified first and second mortgages never exceeding 75% of the property value.
