Alan Long
Alan Long is Chair and CEO as well as co-founder and Director of Mandate National Mortgage Corporation.  He provides the day-to-day leadership. A senior real estate appraiser before Mandate was established, Alan appraised all types of real estate within British Columbia.  His professional credentials include a diploma in Urban Land Economics at the University of British Columbia and completion of the
Canadian Securities Course.

Peter Chappell, C.A.
Peter is a member of the Audit and Conduct Review Committees. For the past 13 years he has been the Chief Operating Officer of a Vancouver based real estate investment, development and property management company. Previously he worked for a Vancouver based Trust Company.

John R. LaVan
John R. LaVan is Chair of the company’s Conduct Review Committee.  As well, he serves as a Director and member of the Audit Committee.  John has practiced real estate law in Vancouver for over 25 years.

Douglas Wark
Douglas Wark is a Director who is a member of the Audit and Conduct Review Committees.  Prior to his involvement as a developer of commercial and residential properties in British Columbia, he was a senior officer of an international bank.
